This Agreement covers all CFL Amsterdam Club Member Responsibilities and Policies as of January 21, 2023.
​CFL Amsterdam Club Member Responsibilities & Policies
These Member Responsibilities and Policies are subject to change without notice, from time to time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of amendments to these Member Responsibilities and Policies by posting them to CFLsmoke.com.
Effective immediately, the following Member Responsibilities and Policies will take effect:
1. In case of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
2. Submit written requests for membership cancellation at least 2 business days before the end of the month. You will be billed 100% of the membership fee if canceled late.
3. Written cancellation can be submitted in person or by email to CFLsmokeshop@gmail.com.
4. You will be billed $4.20 (Basic monthly membership) or $46.20 (Basic yearly membership) or $42 (Premium monthly membership) or $420 (Premium annual membership) recurring using Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) in the name of the member each month. A daily membership is acceptable and subject to a single charge for the level selected.
oThe membership fee is required, regardless of usage or frequency of patronage.
oIf the payment fails to process, membership benefits will cease until payment is made.
oMissed store access due to unavailability for any reason or acts of God will not be credited/prorated.
5. Non-payment will subject the membership to termination if the member fails to remit payment.
6. Failure to make timely payments results in membership termination.
7. Reimbursement/prorated fees will not be provided for any reason.
8. Members must be 21 years old or older:
oAnyone younger than 21 will immediately be removed from the premises and authorities will be contacted if applicable.
9. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Membership is immediately terminated if the member engages in any of, but not limited to, the following:
oFailure to provide a valid government issued ID
oPossession of marijuana or any other illegal substances
oPossession of alcohol
oPossession of weapons
oEngagement in violence, inappropriate conduct, or aggression of any sort
oEndangerment of self or others, including but not limited to, horseplay and carelessness
oIntentional/unintentional damage to facility
oTheft or damage of the property of other members, Caylor Forge and Leatherworks DBA CFL Smoke Shop, owners, staff, volunteers, or affiliates
oIntentional/unintentional failure or neglect to follow rules
oHazing, bullying, hate speech, etc. in any capacity
10. Caylor Forge and Leatherworks, LLC DBA CFL Smoke Shop. functions under a “you break it, you buy it” policy.
oWritten and signed payment arrangement for property/equipment broken by you is expected the same day.
oIf the payment arrangement is not followed, we will pursue legal recourse.
11. Membership requires agreement to Caylor Forge and Leatherworks LLC DBA CFL Smoke Shop Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
12. Membership requires agreement to allow Caylor Forge and Leatherworks LLC to store and process your personal data.
13. Membership requires agreement to receive communications from Caylor Forge and Leatherworks LLC and affiliates.
14. Membership requires agreement all CFL Amsterdam Club Rules.
